The launch of a branding and strategy project coincided with our Sr. Research Analyst's maternity leave and the departure of our former Director of Strategy, leaving me to take the reins for the bulk of both phases of the project.

I developed a consumer panel survey, conducted secondary research and utilized geodemography to build local audience personas, compiling an extensive research report that I presented to the client. Following the research phase, I formulated the insights, developed a creative brief, outlined core messaging themes which I mapped tonally acrossed audience groups, and developed a channel plan and momentum map for promotional messaging cadence.
